Must Know
- One gondola ride takes ca. 14 minutes
- Wildlife sightings are likely but not guaranteed
- No pets permitted on the gondola (except for Disability Assistance Pets)
- Sightseeing lift operations are subject to weather conditions and closures may occur

Before you buy
- Kids -5 free, please select a free ticket for them
- Kids under 106cm (42”) must be accompanied by an adult (enclosed gondola only)
- Kids -12 must be accompanied by an adult (chair or gondola)

On-site usage
- Please note: You must swap your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket at Guest Services located outside on the main level of the Whiskey Jack Lodge of the Lake Louise Ski Resort
- Valid ID required for proof of age
- Then go directly to the base of the Gondola and get into the next available enclosed gondola or open chair
- You can stay at the top of the mountain as long as you wish
- You don’t need to show your ticket for the return trip
- Free parking available onsite
