Walk through multi-sensory installations created by leading artists, with some of the best views in Manhattan. On every floor, take in 360° views of NYC and beyond, including close-up views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building.

Must Know

Large bags, backpacks, and luggage aren’t allowed
Pants and flat shoes recommended
Stilettos, steel-toe boots, cleats, or anything that could damage the floors are prohibited
No outside food/drink, smoking or vaping, weapons, or similar items
Strollers are allowed, but must fold

Good to Know

Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted
If visiting during the day, bring sunglasses as the space can be very bright
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint
The first available restrooms are not accessible until guests reach the first floor, about 15 minutes into the visit. Please plan accordingly
Guests with strollers are welcome to visit SUMMIT, however, they must be able to fold up the strollers for access to the elevators and escalators

On-site usage

The entrance is located on the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal, below street level
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your selected timeslot
Present your smartphone ticket at the entrance
All SUMMIT tickets are timed. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket (you may be asked to wait until the first possible open timeslot)
Any late arrival will be accommodated based on availability and a rescheduling fee
