On-site usage

  • The entrance is located on the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal, below street level
  • Present your SUMMIT One Vanderbilt smartphone ticket at the entrance
  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your selected timeslot
  • Tickets are timed. Arrivals over 20 minutes late may require waiting for an open slot or rescheduling (with a fee) based on availability

  • If visiting during the day, sunglasses are recommended
  • No storage for personal items – large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted
