Board the Awana SkyWay glass floor gondola at Awana Station to travel to SkyAvenue Station located in Genting Highlands. While on the gondola, look through the windows to observe the surrounding rainforest expanses from elevation. Additionally, the ride features a glass floor, providing a view directly downward. The ticket also includes an opportunity to pause at the Chin Swee Caves Temple, allowing for a visit before proceeding to SkyAvenue Station.

Boarding takes place at Awana SkyWay, Level 4, Awana SkyCentral, 69000 Genting Highlands, Pahang. Access via Awana Bus Terminal is available on Level 4. Parking is provided at Awana Car Park. If Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station is closed for maintenance, services operate from Genting SkyWay Station. Shuttle services are provided between Awana Hotel and Awana SkyWay, and between Chin Swee Skyway Station Lobby Porch and Chin Swee Caves Temple Hotel Lobby.
