On-site usage
- Arrive at least 15 minutes in advance
- The venue is located directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station
- Leave your wardrobe at the entrance area at no cost
- Go directly to the security control on the first floor of the TV Tower and show your smartphone voucher
- Hold the code imprinted at the bottom of this ticket in front of the scanner to pass through the turnstile
- You will be allocated seating by a hostess who will meet you at the steps to the restaurant
- The chosen timeslot is for the reservation at the restaurant; you can visit the observation deck afterward
- Restaurant reservations can only be held for 15 minutes from the time on your voucher
