On-site usage

  • Skip the line and hold the code imprinted at the bottom of this ticket in front of the scanner to pass through the turnstile
  • Due to increased security measures, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking. Delays may occur due to the security checks in front of and inside the Tower
  • The timeslot you booked is for the restaurant. You can go up to the observation deck afterwards and stay there for as long as you want
  • The TV Tower is located at the opposite of the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station
  • Go directly to security control on the first floor of the TV Tower with your ticket
  • This ticket is required to exit the TV Tower

After your visit

  • The security staff will take care of your safety during your visit – this starts with bag checks at the entrance area. Please play your part by not bringing items with you which pose a security risk, in particular bottles, cans, or other receptacles containing liquids. Otherwise, they shall have to confiscate and dispose of them. A claim to the return of the items or to compensation is excluded
  • You must leave your coat at the cloakroom in the foyer of the Tower (free of charge)
