- Wheelchairs and scooters can get on the SkyWheel, and the crew can assist guests in transferring or boarding the gondola while in their mobility device
- Only service animals allowed
- Attraction is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Good to Know
- You may notice that some gondolas stay empty during a flight even though people are waiting to ride the wheel. This is because in order to operate the wheel in a safe manner it must always maintain proper balance
- The gondolas are heated and cooled to always be a comfortable temperature no matter the temperature outside

On-site usage
- One admission consists of 4 revolutions that lasts approximately 12 minutes
- Tickets are not time specific and you’ll be accommodated on the next available gondola
- Skip the admissions ticket booth and show your mobile ticket to the staff upon joining the entrance line
