Good to Know

Getting There:

  • Metro: The red line takes you right to the Burj Khalifa
  • The Dubai Aquarium is located on the 2nd floor of the mall
  • The Dubai Mall Fashion avenue is undergoing an experience upgrade. For now, the lower ground (LG) level food court will remain closed and there is no seated space available
  • We recommend that groups arrive no more than ten minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid extended queuing and inconvenience to guests

  • Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level. Follow ‘At The Top’ sign
  • To redeem your ticket, you can skip the ticket counter and show your QR ticket directly at the entrance

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

  • You can redeem your Dubai Aquarium ticket before or after your Burj Khalifa visit, depending on your timeslot with the same QR ticket
  • Show your QR Ticket directly at entrance

Experiences are at different venues, approximately a 10-minute walk between them
