  • Activate your QR code inside the mobile voucher and show it to staff at HEP FIVE reception desk
  • Activate your QR code inside the mobile voucher and use it to board the Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass (if selected)
  • Please note that 1 day is counted from 3:00 AM to 2.59 AM the following day. If you activate the ticket between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, it will no longer be valid after 3:00 AM of that day
