• Waiting time for security check can be up to 1.5 hours (high season). Make sure you have enough time
• In case of entrance delays, tour duration may exceed the expected time
• No strollers allowed

For operating or weather reasons, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5–10 days The refund will be processed automatically, so there is no need to contact us We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. Due to the popularity of the Tower, we experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets

In peak months (April – October), school holidays and on weekends, expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45 mins at the ticket desk line In low season (November – March outside school holidays & weekends), expect a minimum wait time of 15 min at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line
