How to redeem a ticket

  • On the day of your reservation you will receive an email with login information to your Audioguide around 9 am in the morning. (If you can not see this email, please check your SPAM folder)
  • Please click the link in your email that will redirect you to a login page - all of the login information is prefilled. If not, you can find them in the email
  • Please hit the login button
  • In the Audioguide menu, you will find the entry ticket to the Žižkov Tower
  • Please scan this entry ticket at the entrance scanner
  • Please go back to the menu, and open Stage 1 of your audioguide
  • Hit the play button, and enjoy your visit!
