On-site usage

Arrive at the ticket booth on The Grand Quay at least 30 minutes before the selected departure time to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass
Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Boats depart on time, so plan accordingly
Show your boarding pass to the staff aboard the cruise
Departure is at 11:30, 14:00, and 16:00
Guests will receive two separate tickets when boarding: the cruise ticket and a ticket for the Observation Tower

After your visit

Parking is limited and traffic is heavy during peak months, please arrive well in advance or use public transport
Cruises operate rain or shine, barring safety risks
