- Arrive at the ticket booth on The Grand Quay at least 30 minutes before the selected departure time to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass
- Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Boats depart on time, so plan accordingly
- Show your boarding pass to the staff aboard the cruise
- Departure is at 11:30, 14:00, and 16:00
- Guests will receive two separate tickets when boarding: the cruise ticket and a ticket for the Observation Tower
